Following this, the trio discuss accessibility in fintech. Adam explains how to him, accessibility is all about cost. While it can be about how services are accessed, if a service is too expensive, it is going to stop a large portion of customers from using it. He also noted how there are a lot of different aspects that make up an accessible platform. Speaking to this, Francis highlights how achieving a successful platform requires all aspects of accessibility to be considered, and that putting a greater emphasis on one over the other won’t create a truly accessible platform.
