Reserva Boosts Conversion Rates With Range of New Payment Options in Partnership With Yuno

Reserva, one of the largest fashion retailers in Brazil, has joined forces with payment orchestrator Yuno, in a move to unlock more sustainable growth. 

By leveraging technology from Yuno, alongside streamlined payment management, Reserva has revealed it successfully increased its purchase conversion rate by four per cent while also enhancing operational efficiency, optimising fraud prevention, and delivering a smoother customer experience.

Prior to the partnership, Reserva faced several challenges as it experienced a rapid surge in e-commerce sales following its use of conversational marketing through WhatsApp. With double-digit growth and increasing scale, the fashion retailer required greater operational stability and needed to offer a wider range of payment options to meet expanding customer demand.

By partnering with Yuno, Reserva aimed to address many of these pain points, with Yuno enabling access to over 300 global payment methods through an intuitive interface and selecting those most relevant to its customers in just a few clicks.

Reserva explained that this solution saved its tech and finance teams a significant amount of time, as they had previously been burdened by the lengthy and complex process of manually onboarding payment providers and managing reconciliations.
