Work in Fintech Partners with payabl. to Boost Diversity in Fintech Careers

Work in Fintech, the social project aiming to increase diversity and social mobility for young people in fintech and web3, has welcomed European fintech provider payabl. as its first paytech partner.

This collaboration will support Work in Fintech’s various initiatives, including education and engagement programmes designed to prepare graduates for careers in financial technology.

payabl. will contribute to activities, including hosting lectures, hackathons, virtual and in-person events for graduates seeking careers in fintech, as well as contributing to podcasts and other content as part of WIF’s outreach.

As part of the partnership, payabl. will play a key role in the 2025 Work in Fintech Summit, where aspiring fintech professionals from diverse backgrounds, aged 18 to 30, will meet for a day of career workshops, panel discussions, hackathons and networking with senior leaders in fintech and institutional finance.

The Summit will take place on Friday 24 January in London, hosted by UK trade body, The Investment Association.
