Bank Jago, Indonesia’s tech-driven bank, has entered a multi-year collaboration with Google Cloud to accelerate its innovation strategy and enhance its digital financial solutions.
With its technology partner DKatalis, Bank Jago will leverage Google Cloud’s Vertex AI and BigQuery platforms to refine customer experiences, streamline internal processes, and drive business growth.

The bank, which now serves over 14 million customers, plans to use generative AI to create new services and features tailored to customer needs. Examples include AI-powered tools like a risk management assistant to detect fraud, market intelligence assistants to analyse customer sentiment and a performance coach for contact center agents.
These innovations are underpinned by Google Cloud’s secure infrastructure, which ensures compliance and governance while enabling agile development. With tools like Vertex AI Model Registry and Vertex AI Pipelines, the bank has created streamlined workflows to accelerate the deployment of trusted AI models.
Platform-based approach
